Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely! We offer flexible hours to accommodate your needs. Contact us with your specific requirements, and we’ll provide a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment options include cash, check, or debit card via Zelle.
When will my photos be ready?
For non-wedding sessions, photos will be delivered to you 4-5 weeks post photoshoot. For weddings, photos will be delivered to you 10-12 weeks post wedding.
What is included with basic retouching?
Basic retouching includes clearing skin, getting rid of fly-aways and single strands of hair in the face, obvious blemishes, etc.
Do you charge extra to photoshop and retouch?
Included in your edited photos will be basic retouching. Additional photoshopping such as removing objects, major adjustments to clothes/makeup etc. will be an additional $75 an hour for these premium alterations.
Do you have to edit my photos? Can you just provide me with unedited photos?
I believe in providing you with the best images possible which includes adjustments and improvements to your images such as lighting, colors, basic retouching, etc.
Should the finished product not be to your liking, I will do my best accommodate to satisfy your needs!
What do you recommend we wear for our session?
It is recommended to avoid clothing that blends in with your surroundings, as well as bold patterns and large logos. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you'd like help coordinating outfits and colors to match your location!
Are retainers refundable?
For non-wedding sessions (including but not limited to portraits, couples, family), a 25% non-refundable retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographer’s approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.
For weddings, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due the week of your wedding/event (or up to 7 days after your wedding/event).
How are my images delivered?
All sessions include digitally edited photos, delivered via a full online gallery. You’ll receive an email with access to the gallery, allowing you to download all high-quality images directly to your computer.
What is not included in retouching and photoshopping?
I truly believe in embracing and capturing the natural beauty of a person! Therefore, I never alter an individual’s body weight, height, skin color or other drastic physique changes.
Do you provide RAW images?
Similar to many professional photographers, I do not provide RAW (unprocessed) images. Each photo you receive is carefully edited to reflect my style and to ensure you get a polished, high-quality final gallery that you can truly enjoy.
